As a senior member of Internal Audit Department, you will be responsible in assisting Department Head to manage Internal Audit Department activities in:

Preparing Annual Audit Plan;

* Performing and leading a Risk Based Audit and an Intra-Office inspection;
* Preparing and reviewing audit reports, including reports to Top Management, Board of Commissioner and Bank Indonesia;
* Monitoring and reviewing the result/ follow up of audit findings and recommendations;
* Establishing, reviewing and revising Audit policy/procedures and Audit charter;
* Managing internal audit documents and coaching junior auditors.

Requirements:

* Experienced as a Senior Internal Auditor in a reputable Bank for minimum 5 years.
* Relevant Bachelor or Postgraduate Degree.

* Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 800 or TOEFL of min. 550).

* Responsible to review the Swift message made by maker based on voucher fax and the message from interbranch team .
* Responsible to dispatch the inward and outward message from Swift to sundries team for accounting treatment.

Foreign Currency Dealer Officer (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to stipulate for the management policy of foreign exchange , and organize to be implemented.
* Responsible to public daily foreign exchange rate for all foreign currency and to distribute to the related departments and branches.
* Responsible to supervise and monitor the net open position and treasury open position in real time during the current working day and at the end of day ,month and year based on the regulation of BI and authority from BOD.
