SWIFT Checker Officer (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible to review the Swift message made by maker based on voucher fax and the message from interbranch team .
* Responsible to dispatch the inward and outward message from Swift to sundries team for accounting treatment.
* Responsible to dispatch the detail list via Swift to related branch by fax or scan, which need to deduct the amount from customer’s account . but before sending to branch, the file should be singed by maker, MO and accounting head.
* Responsible to supervise the funding postion and communicate with treasury dept. to keep long position at our account with other agency bank.
* Responsible to submit the transaction to report to BI every working day.
* Responsible to accomplish other job which arranged by MO and accounting head.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Economist or Financial Planning/Wealth Management.
* Full-Time positions available.
