Job Desc

Monitoring and evaluating performance of each Sales Channel and ensure their achievement meet the target
Create and monitor effective Sales Program to ensure Excellent Performance to Maximizing their productivity
Deepening relationship with Sales Channel and acting as a Liaison Officer between Sales Channel and Head Office
Create training module and socialization material for all sales channel and ensure Sales Force mastering Product Knowledge and Sales Program

SALES AND DISTRIBUTIONS (Jakarta, Bandung)

REQUIREMENT

* Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
* At least 3 years related experience in Sales & Distribution Channel preferably on banking and or financial industries
* Analytical skill, Assertiveness, Fluent in English both oral or written, excellent in communications and negotiation skill, high level of initiative and creativity
