STRATEGIC SALES AND DEVELOPMENT

Job Desc :

Set up, develop, maintain and enhance all sales channel and maximizing their productivity
Ensuring cooperation with related unit to create Sales Process and procedure, closely monitoring the implementation and take some action to improve it if needed
Create, monitoring and review sales campaign, incentive scheme and motivation program for all sales channel ( Direct Sales, Telesales, Branch Staff and third party)
Competitors analysis, especially on Sales aspect

REQUIREMENT

* Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
* At least 5 years related experience in Sales Management or Product Management, preferably in Personal Loan/Credit Card
* Analytical skill, Assertiveness, Fluent in English both oral or written, ability to hit and exceed target, ability to work on tight timeline
